Job Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, assess, and secure qualified and diverse candidates in support of organizational staffing needs
- Partner with hiring leaders and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, high-quality recruitment outcomes
- Source and evaluate candidates using contemporary recruiting strategies to build strong talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience
- Manage candidate selection and offer processes to ensure alignment with compensation guidelines, hiring standards, and organizational values
- Support candidates through pre-employment and onboarding activities in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Coordinating team to promote engagement, trust, and a positive first connection with UHS
Scope and Impact:
- Contribute directly to workforce continuity and service line readiness by meeting assigned hiring goals and recruitment priorities
- Exercise professional judgment within defined recruitment practices while escalating complex issues in accordance with established guidelines
- Collaborate across HR and operational teams to strengthen hiring outcomes and elevate the overall employee and candidate experience
- Travel occasionally between facilities, offices, and other assigned locations as needed to support operational and departmental requirements; possess reliable means of traveling independently throughout the workday when such travel is required
Compliance and Professional:
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies to ensure compliant and ethical recruitment practices
- Complete required training, system education, and competency validations within established timelines to support role effectiveness
- Safeguard sensitive data by following established security policies and procedures, using systems responsibly, and promptly reporting potential security incidents, risks, or policy violations
- As applicable to your role, support cybersecurity and data protection requirements throughout the supplier lifecycle by coordinating vendor risk assessments, monitoring third-party compliance, and promptly reporting identified supply chain or cybersecurity risks

Position Qualifications
Required:
- Associate Degree
- At least 3 years of related experience in a role or field that provides transferable skills or knowledge relevant to the position
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification
- At least 1 year of direct experience performing the exact or very similar duties required by the job within the same role or function
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience working in the healthcare industry in any job function
- Up to 1 year of technical/systems experience using specialized tools, software, or equipment required for the role
