Are you ready to drive the product stories that shape the streets? Vans EMEA is looking for an ambitious, detail-driven Go To Market & Sample Management Intern to join our Go-To-Market team. In this role, you will lead our seasonal sample distribution across the EMEA region. You will ensure the right product ranges reach our showrooms, sales reps, agents, and distributors on time.
How you'll make a difference
Get ready to make an impact from day one! As our Go To Market & Sample Management Intern, you will be the operational backbone of the Vans EMEA Go-To-Market engine. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our sample product ranges, ensuring the right product stories land flawlessly in our showrooms, and in front of key sales representatives, agents, and regional distributors across the EMEA territory.
In this fast-paced role, precision is everything. You will navigate complex logistical landscapes and tackle strict retail deadlines to ensure our seasonal collections are delivered seamlessly to their destinations, directly enabling our commercial teams to win the season:
Support the SMS Supervisor on ordering the SAMPLES respecting budget and time target
Contribute to deliver all product on time vs. Sales Campaign
Manage and monitor all shipments to ensure products are delivered to sales destinations
Communicating all shipping details/support to Showrooms/Agents/Reps for tracking purpose daily
Support GO TO MARKET Team in all Events
Skills that will make you succeed:
The ability to work on priorities according to GO TO MARKET Calendar
The capability to deal with more tasks during peak season
An understanding of the whole Product life cycle during the season
An expertise in EXCEL is mandatory
A keen interest in Retail (set up, support etc. at VANS HQ STORE)
You are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Data & Inventory Management: Maintaining high-volume tracking systems for hundreds of seasonal SKUs and account allocations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering directly with diverse teams including Supply Chain, Product Merchandising, and Sales.
Event & Retail Execution: Providing operational support during high-profile seasonal Sell-In campaigns and at the Vans HQ Store.
Agile Problem-Solving: Handling real-time shipping disruptions and managing fluid priorities under strict corporate deadlines.
GTM Readiness & Sample Availability: Understanding how the right samples, tools, and product information support showroom readiness and enable Sales teams to present each collection effectively.
Seasonal GTM Planning & Execution: Gaining exposure to how commercial milestones, sell-in timelines, and regional priorities are coordinated to support successful seasonal launches across EMEA.
