Medical Education Manager (d/f/m)

About the Role
For our Global Medical Affairs department in Hamburg, we are looking for a Medical Education Manager (d/f/m) to join our team as soon as possible on a full-time basis.
What you will do
- Develop and implement global medical education strategies that align with business objectives and support the prioritization of educational initiatives.
- Design, develop, and manage scientific educational content, including training materials, presentations, e-learning modules, and other learning resources in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, instructional quality, and compliance by aligning educational materials with current evidence, approved claims, global standards, and consistent messaging.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global medical education programs across multiple learning formats, including webinars, workshops, e-learning activities, and congress-based education.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including medical affairs, marketing, regional teams, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare organizations (HCOs), to support content development and program delivery.
- Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through performance tracking, stakeholder feedback, knowledge management, and optimization of learning platforms and educational resources.

- Experience in developing and delivering trainings to a medical audience.
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, very good German skills is a plus.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization, building strong connections to stakeholders in a variety of functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
