Position Summary:

As a Sr. Implementation Specialist on our Mid-Market Implementation team, you will own the successful delivery of technical integration solutions for SPS Commerce clients, serving as the key escalation point between the client and SPS partners. You'll build strong relationships with customers, clearly understand their business goals, and ensure every implementation is executed with accuracy, urgency, and a focus on exceeding expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience
• 3+ years of account management, relationship management, or product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment
• Hands-on EDI experience including data mapping and X12 transaction sets — this is a core requirement for the role
• Demonstrated expertise with the NetSuite ERP system, including implementation or configuration experience
• Working knowledge of supply chain technology and the retail/wholesale ecosystem
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and partners
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Prior exposure to third parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers preferred

Where You'll Work:

This role is open to fully remote candidates or hybrid out of our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. We Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.  

The annual salary range for this role is: $76,700- $118,900. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
