- Develop seasonal visual concepts, 3D floor plans, product layouts, and merchandising plans that balance brand presentation, product storytelling, space, inventory, and selling performance.
- Manage product assortment and allocation for visual presentations, including planning around available inventory, incoming SKUs, best sellers, and products that should be added, repositioned, or removed.
- Lead hands-on installation and styling during showroom and tradeshow setups, including furniture and accessory placement, display execution, and final visual details.
- Oversee the visual presentation and ongoing maintenance of designated showrooms and support approximately 4-6 tradeshows annually, ensuring brand standards remain consistent after installation.
- Develop, design, and source displays, fixtures, and other visual elements needed to support the overall concept and brand presentation.
- Coordinate the operational details behind visual execution, including labor, freight, vendors, graphics, logos, collateral, printers, and outside partners.
- Partner closely with the VP of Brand, Visual Director, Director of Construction and Design, showroom teams, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to execute visual initiatives from initial concept through completion.
- Analyze sales and product performance to inform merchandising decisions while maintaining a strong point of view on aesthetics, trends, design, and brand storytelling.
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot in real time, and make hands-on adjustments during installations to ensure the finished environment reflects the intended visual concept.
- Travel as needed for showroom and tradeshow installations, approximately 40% of the year, with the ability to work nights and weekends when required.
