As an Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

·Support the management and daily operation of the Spa & Wellness department.

·Lead, coach and develop Spa Concierge, Attendants and Therapists.

·Manage rotas, employee relations matters and departmental training.

·Ensure exceptional guest service and resolution of guest concerns.

·Oversee appointment scheduling and maximise treatment and retail revenue.

·Support the delivery of sales, marketing initiatives and monthly KPIs.

·Monitor departmental financial performance, reporting and revenue opportunities.

·Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety and compliance.

·Oversee inventory management, stock control and ordering processes.

·Act as Manager on Duty for the Spa & Wellness department when required.

As an Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
