Business Analyst - US Healthcare Revenue Cycle

What You'll Do

• Analyze healthcare revenue cycle performance data and operational metrics
• Monitor KPIs such as cash collections, denial rates, Days in A/R, productivity, quality, and collections performance
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive-level analytics
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
• Support forecasting, budgeting, staffing, and capacity planning initiatives
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms
• Present analytical findings in a clear and meaningful way to both technical and business audiences
• Collaborate with operations, client services, finance, and technology teams to improve business outcomes

What We're Looking For - Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, decision support, or revenue cycle analytics
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes and key performance metrics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, and complex formulas
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers, physician groups, or healthcare service organizations
• Knowledge of physician billing, denial management, coding, accounts receivable, and healthcare operations
• Experience with EMR/EHR or healthcare practice management systems
• Experience working in a global delivery or offshore services environment
