【任职资格】
教育程度：大学本科在读，大学英语四级或以上，会计类专业
工作经验： 无要求
专业技能要求： 具备财务会计基础理论和专业知识, 熟练操作办公软件及财务系统软件
能力要求：具备较好的沟通技能，能处理好各部门管理人员的合作关系，工作严谨细致，较强的团队合作与执行力
其他特殊要求：无
*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽
【主要岗位职责】
1.员工个人报账单据审计及入账
1）以公司程序文件为执行标准，在汇联易和OA两个平台审核员工报账申请
2）审核不通过的单据能与员工有效沟通并将流程返回给员工
3）审核通过的单据执行凭证入账程序，并完成后续的凭证打印/整理/提交签字/传递给出纳等一系列工作
2.进项发票台账登记及核对
1）按照税务要求登记进项增专发票台账，并与对应的入账税金核对
2）按照税务要求登记电子火车票台账
3）整理纸质的进项增专发票和电子火车票，提交给税务会计
3． 部门内部合作
1）配合部门内其他员工完成费用相关工作
4. 遵守与执行体系要求
1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、合同、税务、会计、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
5．领导交办的其他工作
