The Events Leader will plan, coordinate, and execute approximately 80 events annually. This role requires a highly organized professional with exceptional client relationship skills, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent events while delivering a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full event lifecycle from initial planning through post-event evaluation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, exhibiting professionalism and responsiveness throughout the event process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and sponsors.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and event deliverables.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue management, registration, catering, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and onsite execution.
  • Monitor event milestones and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure event objectives are achieved.
  • Track event metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the event experience.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and exceptional client service.
  • Attending Events as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in client-facing event management roles.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency with event management and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing conferences, association events, or large-scale corporate events.
  • Project management certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Pay Range

$100,000 - $120,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
