Position Summary You will join GSK India as a Senior Analyst focused on Third Party Finished (TPF) supply chain activities. You will coordinate with internal supply chain, quality, procurement and external manufacturing partners to ensure reliable supply and accurate inventory for finished goods. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Manage end-to-end coordination for third party finished supply, including order fulfilment, shipment tracking and resolving exceptions. - Maintain accurate inventory and stock position for third party finished goods, reconciling variances with sites and external partners. - Monitor supplier performance and delivery commitments, escalate risks and drive corrective actions with commercial and quality partners. - Prepare and present supply forecasts, demand-supply reconciliation and inventory reports for stakeholders. - Lead root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence. - Support change activities, audits and documentation needed for compliance and operational readiness. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 to 5 years’ experience in supply chain, planning, logistics or coordination with third party manufacturers. - Hands-on experience managing finished goods inventory, order fulfilment and shipment tracking. - Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel and supply chain planning or ERP tools. - Good stakeholder management with clear written and verbal English communication skills. - This role is hybrid, with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with your manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience working with third party manufacturers or contract manufacturing organisations. - Familiarity with inventory control methods such as FIFO and batch tracking, and reconciliation processes. - Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems and knowledge of supply chain modules. - Exposure to quality and regulatory requirements affecting supply and release of finished goods. - Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. - Experience in a multinational or matrix organisation coordinating across sites and vendors.
