As our Field Safety Technician, you're the road warrior who keeps every office, every jobsite, and every crew running safely — from residential rooftops to commercial installs. You'll set the standard by showing up, not by cracking down: leading JSAs and safety meetings, coaching crews through real conversations, and making sure the right equipment, training, and habits are in place before something goes wrong, not after.
