Description
Internship under Talent Acquisition Services team. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Interview Coordination - Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Send interview invitations and follow-up communication. Support virtual and onsite interview arrangements. Document Collection & Processing - Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents. Prepare and organize onboarding-related documentation. Maintain confidentiality and accurate filing of candidate information. Administrative Support - Update recruitment trackers and databases. Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the PS TA team. Project & Event Support - Assist in PS TA related projects, process improvements, or HR Initiatives. Support coordination of HR events. Participate in internal team projects as assigned. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field. Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above. Preferably internship duration of 6 months and above. Have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
