Mondelēz Canada is looking for a driven and curious HR Talent Intern to join our team for a 12-month internship. If you have recently graduated or are about to graduate from an MBA or HR-related program, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:

Talent Management: Assist in talent management activities, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs
Organizational Development: Contribute to organizational development initiatives, such as culture assessments, change management, and team effectiveness projects
Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives
Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention through programs such as recognition, rewards, and wellness activities
HR Analytics: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes
HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects as assigned, such as capability building initiatives, employer branding campaigns, or HR technology implementations
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with HR team members and cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and foster effective communication within the organization

Knowledge and Skills:
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate HR Co-op program at a university, pursuing an MBA with a focus on HR, or completed a university degree and enrolled in a post-graduate HR Co-op certificate program
Proficiency in AI tools and their integration with Microsoft Office applications
Strong technological proficiency, especially in PPT and building high-impact presentations
Strong systems and analytical capability: ability to organize large raw data sets into comprehensive data that can be used for business decisions
Strong interest in HR management, strategic planning, and organizational development
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Prior internship or work experience in HR management required

Salary and Benefits:
The hourly rate for this fixed-term position is as follows:Undergraduate students: $25.00 CAD / hour
Master's students: $28.00 CAD / hour.
In addition, Mondelez also offers vacation and holiday entitlements.
