HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Avantor is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR intern to be a part of our Talent Acquisition Team.
 

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating interview panels.
 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in human resources, HR Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
