You will be part of the Emerging Talent (Young Talent) team that covers key topics underlying Talent/Student Attraction and University Relations, gaining exposure from regional and local perspectives. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Talent Operations : Support day-to-day Emerging Talent recruiting activities and monitor program progress Process Management : Map and review Emerging Talent processes to identify improvement opportunities Employer Branding : Support employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to strengthen talent attraction Project Coordination : Assist in local and regional projects involving multiple stakeholders Meeting Administration : Coordinate meetings, schedules, and related administrative activities Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Educational Background : Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline Microsoft Office Skills : Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Communication Skills : Fluent in both English and Thai. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities Positive Mindset : Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive attitude #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
