Responsibilities

SUMMARY

The Manager, Warehouse is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, developing and maintaining warehouse processes, ensuring safety and compliance, and leading warehouse employees. This position also monitors warehouse performance, utilizes warehouse management systems, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to support operational and customer requirements.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and oversee warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliant warehouse operations and adherence to property management requirements.
• Supervise approximately 10 to 15 warehouse employees.
• Coach, train, and cross-train warehouse employees.
• Report warehouse effectiveness and employee performance metrics.
• Utilize WMS to support daily warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to, promote, and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and local Occupational Safety and Health regulations, industry standards, and the KGPCo Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
• Participate in job-site safety and hazard analysis.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and equipment standards.

Report and address hazards, incidents, damages, unsafe practices, and safety violations

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to demonstrate a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and provide proof of insurance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a warehouse environment.
• SAP warehouse management experience preferred.
