Job Summary**
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of VXI Global Holdings BV (Philippines), ensuring efficiency, productivity, and the achievement of key performance indicators. This role involves leading and developing teams, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Job Responsibilities**
* Manage and supervise daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff, including performance management, training, and career development.
* Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, IT, Finance) to ensure seamless operational flow and support business objectives.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
* Oversee budget management for operational activities, ensuring expenses are within approved limits.
* Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
* Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the BPO or call center industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
* Strong understanding of operational metrics, performance analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience with workforce management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
