Job Description
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
- Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners for order processing and inventory management.
- Ability to operate or obtain certification for an electric pallet jack.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on order accuracy, shipment verification, and inventory control.
- Ability to read and interpret distribution and shipping documents.
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- General warehouse/distribution knowledge and commitment to safety.
Preferred Experience:
- Order picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing.
- Shipping/receiving and inventory management.
- RF technology and warehouse management systems.
- Forklift, pallet jack, or other MHE operation.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push/pull, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse/distribution environment.
- Must have sufficient vision and hearing to safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
