While a traditional allogeneic stem cell transplant has been the best hope for many, the transplant itself can prove fatal or lead to serious conditions, such as graft vs. host disease. Position Summary: the Senior Director, Field Market Access will report to the Head of Market Access and lead our high-performing team of U.S. Payer Account Directors. This team is responsible for expanding patient access, removing reimbursement barriers, and supporting TREGZI’s revenue and profitability goals.
This leader will provide strategic direction to maximize TREGZI’s access and value across payer and customer segments. The role will oversee field market access execution, payer strategy, the product value proposition, and tactical planning to support continued commercialization and lifecycle management. The Senior Director will also establish performance metrics and lead internal and external access and disease-education strategies.
