Are you looking to start your career in Quantity Surveying with one of the world's leading design, engineering and project and cost management consultancies?

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Belfast Quantity Surveying team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

 

Your role

 

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the delivery of projects in our complex projects team:

• Cost compliance/ governance in a PMO role.
• NEC4 Contract learning.
• Supporting client project management team for agreeing project budgets.
• Cost intelligence data gathering.
• Cost profile monitoring across multiple sub programmes for public client.
• Auditing.

 

About you

 

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career within Building Surveying.

You will ideally demonstrate:

• A positive and proactive attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering excellent client service. A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Good organisational and time management abilities. Commercial awareness and an interest in how projects and businesses operate.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High levels of professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good numeracy and analytical capability.
• Excellent IT and digital literacy skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A conscientious and professional approach to work.

Security clearance
