An exciting opportunity has arisen for a “Services Quality Manager (f/m/d)” to join the Rolls-Royce Deutschland Quality team, reporting to the Head of Quality - Business Aviation Services.
In this role you will play a key part in delivering our quality strategy enabling Business Aviation Services to achieve its goals, enhance its reputation and deliver customer satisfaction.
As part of a small Quality team located in Dahlewitz (D) you will work with the wider global Business Aviation Services team including its external partners to achieve the quality and improvement objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the customer/service partner relationships regarding quality
Leading activities to effectively manage non-conformance and protect the business from Quality or Service failures by ensuring effective problem resolution
Support Right First Time through the coaching and application of error prevention methodologies, reducing the risks from technical, human and organisational factors
Provide reports, data and insight related to Quality and Safety into the relevant governance reviews
Identify, support and lead changes to the Management/Operating System to mitigate risks, maximise effectiveness and eliminate waste
Review compliance/risks using a data driven structured approach to enable effective risk mitigation
Contribute to internal/external quality assessments (e.g. audits)
Coach and promote the overall understanding of the relevant law/regulation, customer requirements and business strategy for Quality and Safety within the wider global Business Aviation Services team
Key Experiences and any Qualifications:
Degree in engineering / industrial engineering or quality management
Comprehensive working experience relevant to Aerospace Quality
Proven track record of problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies e.g. 8D
Sound knowledge of the relevant international regulations and standards (e.g. PART 145, AS9110 etc.)
Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence others
Auditor training or qualification would be beneficial
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
