Primary Job Function:

• Handling and Monitoring of operation, maintenance and preventive maintenance activities of utility, facility, and HVAC equipment’s/instruments.
• Handling, monitoring, execution of HVAC system building management system (BMS), environmental monitoring system (EMS) activities and respective documentation.
• Handling, Monitoring & execution of project activities of utility, facility, premises and HVAC equipment’s/instruments.
• Support in preparation, execution and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Qualification, Quality Management System (QMS) documentation like Change Control, Exception, CAPA through ISOtrain, TrackWise software module.
• Support for handling of internal, external & regulatory audits and compliance of audit observations.
• Procurement of utility, facility & HVAC equipment’s / instrument consumables & spares. Support to purchase department for material procurement, receipt, storage & issuance.
• Execution of annual maintenance contract (AMC) of utility, facility, premises, and HVAC equipment’s/instruments.
• Responsible of handling of site in absence of site lead.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Handling and monitoring to ensure that the activity execution & recording respective in the respective logbooks, records, documents of utility, facility & HVAC equipment’s / instruments like chiller, air compressor, steam boiler, air handling unit, hot water generator, pump, cooling tower, water storage tank, diesel generator (DG) set, fire engine, lift, gas line, allied equipment’s/instruments etc.  
• Handling HVAC system building management system (BMS software module), environmental monitoring system (EMS) activities and respective documentation to ensure the execution and compliance.To ensure activity execution related to data capture/backup, acknowledge, review, alarm review, trend review etc. as applicable.
• Handling & monitoring to ensure the proper implementation of preventive maintenance activity of utility, facility & HVAC equipment’s / instruments.
• Handling & monitoring annual maintenance contract and project activity of utility, facility & HVAC equipment’s / instruments as and when required. Communication & support to the external vendor for carrying out annual maintenance contract and project activities as and when required.
• Support in preparation, execution, training, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Qualification, Quality Management System (QMS) documentation like Change Control, Exception, CAPA through ISOtrain, TrackWise software module.
• Planning & execution of project, developmental & documentation activities as and when required.
• Support to purchase department for procurement (purchase request-PR, purchase order-PO), receipt, storage & issuance of consumables, spares & project material as and when required.
• Ensure to follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Good Engineering Practices, Good Documentation Practices(GDP) & Safety while working.
• Co-ordination & communication with Quality Assurance & User Department for compliance of routine, project & audit related activities as and when required.
• Support to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) department to provide utility consumption details and to ensure the site activities performed by following safety aspects.
• Responsible for handling of site activities in absence of site lead.
