Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare external reports and filings including annual report, interim report, financial statements and quarterly announcements

• Review the corporate level accounting transactions such as share based payment and other transactions in Group level as well as allocations, as part of the monthly close process

• Review the reconciliation of various accounts balance, including but not limited to share based payments and earnings per share in Group level

• Monitor the connected/related party transactions to ensure compliance with relevant exchange requirements and contractual terms

• Prepare the monthly consolidation of the Group

• Monitor the connected/related party transactions to ensure compliance with relevant exchange requirements and contractual terms

• Monitor the intercompany charges and transactions

• Liaise with the External Auditor on their audit and review procedures, Legal Department and Printer for all external reports and announcements filed with Hong Kong Stock Exchange

• Research accounting standards and regulations for complex accounting issues and transactions and prepare memorandum

• Assist senior management to identify the risks and controls for key processes and the entity level controls of the Group

• Prepare SOX documentation, including narratives/process diagrams, and risk and control matrices

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of working experience in the field of financial reporting or accounting with 2 years of financial reporting experience. Experience in Taxation, SOX compliance and Hong Kong Listing rules are an advantage. Trained or with experience in Big 4 is an advantage

• Bachelor Degree of a relevant professional institution, with CPA qualification is an advantage

• Good command of written and conversational English and Chinese
