Responsibilities
Participate in incident analysis and the implementation of corrective measures
Contribute to updating policies, procedures, and training tools
Support the organization and facilitation of awareness campaigns
Conduct field inspections and internal audits
Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to occupational health and safety (OHS)
Support the team in various continuous improvement projects
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in health and safety, risk management, environmental studies, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Strong interest in workplace safety and prevention
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, collaborative initiative
Excellent oral and written communication skills
