Description
As the Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will work with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to support them with their client groups. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting high calibre candidates for a variety of roles for EMEA.
Your ability to creatively source passive talent and build pipelines will help fuel our growth and success. Alongside sourcing, you will strengthen the team's use of data and insight by using recruitment management information (MI) and dashboards to understand what is working and where we can improve.
Please note that this is an onsite role that will require you to work within our London office (near Liverpool street) 5 days on site per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with talent acquisition specialists and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and business area.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking, Boolean search)
- Building and nurturing strong talent pipelines for high-impact, high-demand roles.
- Craft compelling outreach messages to attract passive candidates.
- Conducting CV reviews and pre-screens with a focus on potential and organisational fit.
- Maintain accurate ATS and reporting data, ensuring data quality and consistent definitions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and MI for pipeline health, conversion, and source effectiveness.
- Analyse sourcing trends, identify bottlenecks, and make clear recommendations to improve search strategy and candidate engagement.
- Represent the company’s employer brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Stay up to date with talent market trends, sourcing best practices, and new tools/technologies
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience in a sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role (agency or in-house)
- Ability to source passive talent and to engage candidates effectively
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, social media, etc.)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, workday and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Reed, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience creating or maintaining recruitment dashboards, management information (MI), and reports using ATS data, Excel, and/or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clean and interpret data, identify trends, and turn findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
