The day to day
The ALS Client Services team work closely with our clients providing quality service in the form of technical and analytical advice as well as facilitating project delivery through effective communication and project management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Client support and relationship building, including ‘face to face’ client meetings and technical presentations
Facilitating the resolution of client queries providing detailed technical explanations
Identifying and working with new and existing clients to increase laboratory analysis revenue
Project implementation and monitoring ‘managed’ projects through the laboratory
Provide mentoring and guidance to Rotational Lead staff within the Client Services team
The essentials
To be successful you will require:
Bachelor of Science (Microbiology/Chemistry/Environmental or equivalent)
Ability to meet with key client in support of growing business with ALS
Strong customer service focus with a drive to go the extra mile
Proactive ‘can do’ attitude to deliver solutions to our clients
Commitment to ‘quality without compromise’ in line with our Quality Management System
Strong organisation and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in the use of and ability to learn new computer applications, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
Knowledge of Environmental consulting, mining, contaminated land and/or coal seam gas analysis
