We are looking for a proactive, communicative and confident student to join our Client Facing team within Wholesale Banking Client Services.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international banking environment, where you will learn how we communicate with corporate clients, support their experience and cooperate with different teams across the organization.
As part of the Client Facing Team, you will work alongside colleagues who act as a key point of contact for our corporate clients and help ensure smooth and positive client experience.
What will you do?
As part of the Client facing Team, you will support our colleagues with activities that require communication, initiative and interaction with both clients and internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the client Facing Team with day-to-day operational activities
Handling simple tasks received from internal teams
Searching for and verifying appropriate client contact details
Contacting existing corporate clients by phone as part of our client satisfaction follow up
Providing clients with basic information about the survey and encouraging them to share their feedback
Following up on assigned tasks and making sure they are completed in a timely manner
Cooperating with colleagues across Client Services and other internal teams
Contributing to a positive and professional client experience
What are we looking for?
University students interested in gaining experience in an international corporate environment
Very good command of English, both written and spoken (B2+)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence and willingness to communicate with clients over the phone
Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
Friendly and professional communication style
Reliable, responsible and eager to learn
Ability to work independently while being part of a team
Availability to work 2-3 days per week (20 hours)
Previous banking experience is not required. Your communication skills, proactive mindset and willingness to learn are what matter most.
