Shift times: Flexible shifts available Monday to Saturday, in line with service requirements
We're looking for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Chelsea Outpatients Centre.
Chelsea Outpatients Centre provides patients with access to a wide range of specialist outpatient services in a modern, state-of-the-art environment. As part of HCA Healthcare UK, you'll join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding service.
As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the nursing team and ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care throughout their outpatient journey. You'll assist with clinical procedures, undertake patient observations, support patient flow through the department and contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and visitors.

What you'll bring:
Must have previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within an outpatient setting.
Experience undertaking and recording patient observations, including blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturations and temperature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
