The Corporate Sales organization is focused on providing companies across the globe with access to a top tier Corporate Wellness solution through the ClassPass product. The ClassPass Corporate product allows Companies to offer employees a wellness solution that is flexible, engaging and easy to use.
JOB SUMMARY:
You’re an experienced leader and work closely to direct your team to hit targets each month and contribute to the growth of ClassPass. You set the bar for the team by demonstrating your expert negotiating skills. You thrive by setting ambitious goals and providing the necessary mentorship, feedback, and support to set the team up for success. Above all, you know how to foster strong team camaraderie, motivate and empower individuals to do their best work, and drive everyone towards a collective goal by researching, creating and implementing data based strategy
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience
- Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a track record of relentlessly high standards and top performance
- Experience in selling to HR professionals and/or knowledge of the employee benefit industry
- Extensive experience in managing high performing sales team
- A highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and attention to detail
- Expert experience in CRM systems (SalesForce), with the ability to pull reports
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote, etc.
- Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to dispense information / findings in a clear, concise manner

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successfully manage a corporate sales team to hit monthly targets in specific ClassPass territories
- Communicate successes and roadblocks to management team to ensure the team is on track to hit monthly goals
- Action initiatives to drive high performance
- Analyze data to direct team attention
- Run company wide projects to increase overall success metrics for the business
- Lead complex negotiations with expertise
- Cross-collaboration with other department Managers to ensure optimal efficiency, full transparency and on-going c-level stakeholder management
- Attend various industry events and conferences including organizing and hosting stands
- Share an expert knowledge in the HR/Benefit world and how ClassPass fits in with the team
- Responsible for direct reports hiring, onboarding, development and performance
- Collaborate with the Corporate Account Management team to ensure the smooth onboarding of all corporate partners
- Responsible for the creation and execution of training materials
- Contribute and drive team wide projects
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Travel to trade shows and team events as needed
- This role regularly utilizes a computer, including the use of a monitor, mouse and keyboard.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
