Responsibilities: (list 5-10 bullet points)

• Collection activities for Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia which include following up with all accounts with open and overdue receivables.
• Provide remittance and application details for payments received
• Monthly AR calls to provide updates on all portfolios to the Finance team and Director, of Global Collections.
• Obtain tax withheld documents and the required adjustments
• Assist with dispute resolution

Requirements: (list 5-10 bullet points)

• 2 to 4 years of work experience in collections or finance
• Basic skills in Excel

• Knowledge of regional requirements and language
