Job Description:
The Finance Officer is mainly responsible for monitoring the team and processing manual billing for Asia countries paperwork and GBEPS related transactions. Monitors and make follow up to ensure open items are cleared on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process manual billing in a timely and accurate manner for paperwork and GBEPS related transactions
- Ensure accurate billing rates and discounts are applied to manual invoices
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, operations, and finance) to ensure accurate billing information
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or country inquiries as needed
- Generate billing reports and summaries for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Back up for other staff in case on leave
- Other ad hoc jobs that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Business Administration preferably Accounting Graduate
- With at least 3 years working experience in accounting preferably in Billing
- Good communication and written skills in English
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Access
- Keen to details, analytical and can work with minimum supervision
- Committed, dependable and dedicated to providing high-quality output on a timely manner
