The Contracts Management Analyst III will support and lead a range of contract and program management activities, including:
- Provide senior-level contract administration and management support for DoW services contracts, task orders, and acquisition activities.
- Review, interpret, and analyze complex contract documentation, modifications, funding documents, statements of work/performance work statements, and contractual deliverables.
- Advise program leadership on contractual requirements, acquisition strategies, funding considerations, execution risks, and recommended courses of action.
- Track and analyze contract funding, expenditures, obligations, burn rates, ceilings, periods of performance, and other key contract performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain contract spend plans, funding forecasts, execution analyses, and management reports.
- Identify contractual, financial, schedule, and performance risks and develop recommendations for mitigation or corrective action.
- Support the development, coordination, and execution of contract modifications, funding actions, purchase requests, acquisition packages, and related documentation.
- Conduct research and provide analysis regarding applicable acquisition regulations, contract requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Support acquisition planning, contract execution, option exercises, task order development, contract transitions, and closeout activities.
- Provide contract management guidance and analytical support to program managers, CORs, financial managers, and other government stakeholders.
- Develop executive-level reports, briefings, dashboards, decision papers, and other products used to communicate contract status and facilitate leadership decisions.
- Lead or support recurring program management reviews, contract status meetings, financial reviews, and customer engagements.
- Monitor contract deliverables, milestones, funding requirements, and reporting obligations to ensure timely and compliant execution.
- Analyze complex contract and program data to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improved performance.
- Coordinate across contracting, financial management, technical, logistics, and program management organizations to resolve contract execution issues.
- Provide quality review and technical guidance for contract management products developed by junior analysts.
- Recommend improvements to contract management processes, tools, reporting methods, and internal controls.
- Perform additional senior-level contract management, acquisition, and program support activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in contracts management, acquisition management, program management, financial management, business analysis, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience supporting federal government contracts, acquisition programs, or complex professional services environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal contracting and acquisition processes.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting complex contractual, financial, acquisition, and programmatic information.
- Experience supporting contract funding, forecasting, spend plans, financial execution, modifications, deliverables, and periods of performance.
- Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate complex contract execution issues and develop recommendations for government or program leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with senior government customers, Contracting Officers, CORs, program managers, financial managers, and other acquisition stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and presenting information to senior leadership.
- Ability to lead complex assignments, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within an integrated government/contractor team.
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field

Salary: $100K+ to align with education and experience
