Description
As a Senior Total Rewards Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, optimizing, and delivering market competitive pension and benefits programs to elevate the overall employee experience. Your goal will be to leverage strategic insight, operational excellence, and HR technology to ensure our rewards strategies align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and market best practices. Your success will be achieved through leading key initiatives, supporting program delivery, driving continuous improvement, and serving as a trusted subject matter expert in pension and benefits programs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for employee benefits and pension programs
- Assist in the completion of reviews of benefits programs with consideration to cost/benefit analysis
- Evaluate program effectiveness, industry trends, current market offerings, employee demographics, governance practices, and best practices as part of benefits program reviews
- Support regular program processes and activities through data analysis and stewardship
- Support planning, project management, communications, and program rollouts
- Participate in high-impact, large-scale Total Rewards projects that enhance the end-to-end employee experience
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement
- Optimize systems and recommend new tools or delivery models to improve program effectiveness
- Develop clear, engaging communication strategies that help employees understand and value their benefits package
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance, governance, and internal policy standards across all programs
Your Skills:

Your Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Benefits/Pension Administration, HR Analytics, HR Systems, HR Operations, or a related field
The expected salary range for this position is $78,048 - $105,365. Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
