We are looking for a Process Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in Kistelek and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for optimizing production processes, increasing efficiency, improving quality, and supporting operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process stabilization.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Lead process implementation for new products and technologies.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to productivity, scrap, and process performance.
You are the right fit if you have
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous leadership experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluent English.
