The IT Support that supports our business will be required to:
- Be a dependable problem-solver who thrives under pressure, serving as the go-to person for technical support and ensuring users across the business can work without disruption.
- Apply strong technical expertise and a passion for continuous learning to support and optimise Microsoft 365, Active Directory and other core business systems.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while managing mobile contracts, IT assets and business technology records accurately and in accordance with company processes.
- Build strong relationships across the business by communicating technical information in a clear, practical way and providing a high standard of service to every user.
- Utilise a hands-on and solution-driven approach to maintain and support end-user devices, Apple Mac environments, meeting-room technology and Microsoft Teams collaboration tools.
- Combine technical know-how with strong accountability to support access-control systems, CCTV infrastructure and other business-critical technologies that keep our people, facilities and operations running effectively.
- Take ownership of our technology environment by proactively identifying issues, implementing improvements and ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose.
