Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Incident Management

• Provide N2/N3 application support in compliance with established SLAs and processes.
• Detect, diagnose, prioritize, and resolve application and deployment incidents.
• Coordinate complex escalations with R&D and senior engineering teams.
• Document incident resolutions and actively contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Infrastructure, Deployment & Operations

• Install, configure, and maintain applications across Linux environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
• Administer middleware and database stacks, including Apache Tomcat, Nginx, and PostgreSQL.
• Manage secure remote access and operations via SSH/SFTP.
• Handle Change Requests and support the delivery of new features to clients.

Automation & Security

• Automate deployment and configuration processes using Ansible and scripting languages.
• Implement security best practices and remediate vulnerabilities identified in security audits.
  

Profile & Requirements

• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted client relationships
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure while respecting SLAs
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist with incident analysis, log interpretation, knowledge base enrichment, automation of repetitive tasks, reporting, and productivity improvement
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Flexible, autonomous, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Team player, comfortable working independently or collaboratively

• Technical exposure or experience with:

- Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Postman
- PostgreSQL, JavaScript, ETL
- JIRA ITSM, Spring integration
