Description
German-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Work Model: Office-based
Contract: 12-month contract
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CET
Working Schedule: 9-hour shift, including a 1-hour break
Days: Sunday closed, with 2 days off per week (1 rotational and Sunday)
Salary: EGP30000 - EGP39000 Per Month + Benefits
About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Cairo. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are fluent in German and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Mandatory Requirements
- German language proficiency: Minimum B2 level (CEFR)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fresh graduates can be considered
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service, Operations, BPO, or Support functions
- Experience handling voice and/or non-voice processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage
- Good typing skills and attention to detail
