Description
Work Setup: Monday to Friday; Dayshift (2x onsite, 3x wfh)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with internal teams.
- Collaborate with creative, project management, and operations teams to develop event concepts, proposals, and execute events from start to finish.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution and high-quality results.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities to improve services and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in account management, client relations, event management, or a creative-related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, creative, and client-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
