Field Project Coordinator

Due to growth, we are looking for a Field Project Coordinator to support the effective delivery and close-out of Power Quality field projects. The role keeps site and project information current, coordinates documentation and workforce forecasts, and helps ensure testing and commissioning activities are prepared with the required tools, records and resources. Working with project teams and site stakeholders, the position helps improve site execution efficiency and customer project outcomes.

## What you'll do:

• Manage site documentation, project registers, issue logs and status trackers to ensure accurate, compliant and up-to-date project records.
• Coordinate the completion and submission of testing and commissioning reports through customer portals to support timely project close-out.
• Monitor resource forecasts and workforce requirements, ensuring project information remains accurate and current within business systems.
• Coordinate field activities by ensuring site readiness, required documentation, testing equipment and resources are available ahead of testing and commissioning activities.
• Support project delivery by working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and field teams to coordinate project activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain accurate project schedules, records and documentation within project management and business systems.
• Provide regular project status updates and proactively escalate documentation, resourcing or site-readiness issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with Eaton policies, customer requirements and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.

## What we‘re looking for:

• Previous experience in a project coordination, project administration, construction, engineering or other project-based environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with business or ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across project teams and customer stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to customer and project sites as required for the role.
