Description
Total Refrigeration is looking for a motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on refrigeration equipment for supermarkets, cold storage facilities, and some restaurants. Your responsibilities will include servicing racks, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, HVAC systems, self-contained equipment, cold plates, and prep tables. Our diverse customer base ensures a steady flow of work throughout the year.
**Scope of Responsibility:**
We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician with the following qualifications who is also eager to learn more about rack systems and supermarket refrigeration:
- 3-5 years of experience with commercial HVAC package units, walk-in refrigeration, ice machines, and self-contained systems.
- Understanding of electrical wiring schematics.
- Ability to diagnose refrigeration and HVAC problems and promptly repair equipment.
- Experience with E2, Novar, and general control systems.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb, carry, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be physically capable of climbing ladders and working at high elevations.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions is necessary.
