Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional and efficient software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed support the overall business objectives and operate seamlessly within the existing technology environment. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to meet evolving requirements are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Strong experience in application design and development within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to Workday Studio.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
- Capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
