Description

Scottsdale Stadium is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recreation Leader II to join our team and support a variety of special events, facility operations, and community programs. In this role, you’ll help deliver outstanding guest experiences, coordinate event and facility logistics, and contribute to the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the Stadium year-round.

The ideal candidate:
- Brings strong customer service skills from high-volume environments.
- Has hands-on facility operations experience, including openings, closings, and event setups.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication through reports, plans, or guest interactions.
- Has experience with daily room setups, event logistics, and quick-turnover transitions with efficiency.
- Understands the importance of setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up events while maintaining a safe, organized facility.
- Maintains equipment, storage, and daily inventory with accuracy and care.
- Can lead staff or projects, keeping daily operations running smoothly in fast-paced conditions.
Anticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate’s experience and internal equity. The full salary range is listed above and mid-point for this position is $25.54/hour.

Education and Experience
- No education required for this position.
- A minimum of six months' experience in a customer service position.
Licensing, Certifications, and Other Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 15 years of age at the time of hire or promotion.
