Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement advanced recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations and screenings of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment by actively seeking and engaging candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Talent Acquisition team members.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and align talent acquisition with business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers as it relates to sourcing strategies and talent market trends.
- Provide timely updates to the business partners throughout the hiring process on the candidate pipeline, market feedback and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance and educate hiring managers on SNC’s hiring requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience is required.
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Must be able to handle complex searches while partnering directly with executive leaders.
- Must demonstrate aptitude with direct sourcing as well as building and maintaining a strong network for pipeline recruiting.
- Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates.
- Demonstrated consultative and solution oriented approach to recruitment search engagements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a quality candidate pipeline and providing a high level of client service.
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively cross functionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Ability to accurately and positively represent SNC to the job market.
- Experience as a business partner and advisor to hiring managers on talent and market trends.
- Ability to utilize data and reporting tools to make recommendations on sourcing strategies and track metrics.
- Intermediate knowledge of specific AI tools relevant to daily recruiting tasks.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, in either a corporate setting or recruiting agency.
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS).
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
- Proficient in attracting passive talent.
- Experience with technical recruiting.
- Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity.
- Experience with Workday ATS and Beamery CRM.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
