Residential Electrical Service Manager - Journeyman Electrician License

Residential Electrical Service Manager | West Allis, Wisconsin | $85,000–$105,000/year + estimated $8,500–$10,000 commission

What you’ll do:
• Lead residential service technicians and apprentices in the field
• Visit job sites to observe work, answer questions, and resolve field issues
• Coach technicians on technical skills, customer communication, and service options
• Mentor developing technicians through ride-alongs, field visits, and ongoing feedback
• Help technicians improve sales, revenue, and profitability while maintaining customer-focused service
• Set expectations around productivity, professionalism, safety, and job completion

What you bring:
• Residential electrical service experience
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading technicians
• Ability to coach technicians on customer communication and service options
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent trade experience is preferred
