Position Summary
The Manager, TT360 leads the delivery of technology‑enabled tax solutions leveraging the TT360 platform, overseeing multiple client implementations and project teams. This role provides delivery leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement support while ensuring high‑quality execution across concurrent initiatives. The Manager, TT360 also partners with leadership to drive business growth through client‑focused solution delivery, standardization, and scalable implementation practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple TT360 implementations, ensuring successful execution across planning, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, knowledge transfer, and cutover activities.
Provide delivery oversight and serve as an escalation point for projects led by Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Leads.
Serve as a subject matter expert for TT360 capabilities, third‑party tax engines, and ERP integrations, advising clients on best‑fit solutions.
Facilitate and lead client sessions to define functional and technical requirements, business processes, and data impacts related to TT360 deployments.
Ensure alignment between TT360 platform capabilities and client tax, accounting, and operational requirements.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project team members, supporting performance, skill development, and career progression.
Assist with recruiting, evaluating, and onboarding new team members as needed.
Provide leadership with visibility into project performance, including production status, revenue, and expense tracking.
Participate in divisional planning, leadership meetings, and operational reviews.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of TT360 delivery standards, implementation templates, documentation, and reusable assets.
Support business development efforts by assisting with solution scoping, client discussions, and identification of new and expanded service opportunities.
Support internal TT360 innovation initiatives, product enhancements, or process improvement efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required.
6–10 years of progressive experience in tax technology, consulting, or implementation delivery roles.
Strong understanding of third‑party transaction tax engines and tax automation solutions.
Subject matter expertise in tax processes, system integrations, and data flows.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, including financial modules.
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, provide work direction, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with limited oversight.
PMP or formal project management experience preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and executive‑level communication skills.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work Schedule: Regular, 40 hours/week
Travel: Up to 50%
