Location: Remote

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Status: Full-time, benefit-eligible

Team Lead - Charge Posting & Coding Services - Position Summary
At Strivant Health, we take pride in delivering exceptional accuracy and efficiency in physician revenue cycle management. Strivant Health is seeking a Team Lead - Charge Posting & Coding Services to oversee daily coding and charge posting operations while maintaining an individual production workload. This role is responsible for managing workflow volumes, supporting quality and productivity goals, mentoring team members, and serving as a subject matter expert across both functions. What You’ll Do – Your Impact Matters

• Monitor and coordinate daily coding and charge posting workflows.
• Manage work volumes, backlog prioritization, and productivity performance.
• Serve as a resource for coding, charge posting, and compliance questions.
• Provide training, coaching, and operational guidance to team members.
• Perform professional fee coding using CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and modifier guidelines.
• Complete charge posting activities accurately and within established TAT.
• Participate in audits, quality reviews, denial resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain an individual production workload while supporting team objectives..
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to enhance processes and improve collections.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active CPC, CCS-P, CCS, or equivalent coding certification required.
• 3+ years of professional fee coding experience.
• 3+ years of charge posting, charge entry, billing, or related revenue cycle experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, modifiers, NCCI edits, and payer guidelines.
• Previous lead, mentoring, training, or project leadership experience preferred.
• Experience supporting global or offshore teams preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
