Responsibilities

The Opportunity

 

Responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process for PepsiCo professional positions aligned with the local requirements in order to fulfill the business talent needs.

 

Your Impact

 

As a Global TA Analyst your functions would consist of:

• Constant communication with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders.
• Deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement
• Candidate sourcing and prescreening for open positions
• Identify qualified candidate slate and make recommendations to TA Local
• Develop and negotiate the offer terms (e.g. comp. sign on bonus, vacation time, benefits, etc.)
• Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement
• Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities
• Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issues resolution

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

 

• Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferrably globally 
• Advanced English
• Prior experience in working with ICIMS or another Candidate Management System/Applicant Tracking System
• Proven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing-related decisions, providing a value adding point of view relative to candidate consideration
• Displays professionalism and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships
• Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
• Must be collaborative team player
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Must appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
