The Cross-Media Insights team within Bedloe Media is looking for a highly motivated Media Specialist to partner cross-functionally and within the team to help measure, analyze, and forecast performance of Liberty Mutual’s Media investment, which totals $1.6B in 2026.
In this role, you’ll influence media strategy and operational decisions and be the voice of Bedloe across the organization. You’ll analyze performance, identify drivers of KPI movement, investigate emerging trends, and help business partners understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what actions to consider next. You will partner with external media and measurement vendors to bring continuous improvement to our capabilities. This is a highly collaborative and visible role that partners closely with adjacent Analytics teams like Distribution, Strategic Partnerships, Finance, and Efficient Growth. This is a remote role, candidates residing within 50 miles of a hub location will be subject to in-office requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and report monthly KPI trends across media channels to understand drivers versus our target metrics.
- Share insights and storylines with external teams using data findings and media strategy knowledge built from relationships within the team.
- Support financial planning by collaborating across teams to set forward-looking media-driven business results views.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling presentations and recommendations for stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Partner with outside vendors & media tactic teams to improve measurement consistency, accuracy and modernization of practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to connect data trends and identify key drivers through strong critical thinking and analytic ability.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across peer teams.
- Technical proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms, as applicable.
Qualifications
- Ability to apply analytical concepts to improve business outcomes.
- Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL and data platforms (Snowflake).
- Must have good planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
- Ability to present data, visually and verbally, to guide conversations with business managers.
