THE ROLE

As a Conversion Agent, you will be responsible for handling qualified leads, establishing strong relationships with potential clients and converting prospects into active customers.

You will work within a professional and regulated environment, following company procedures and compliance standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in FX / Financial Services / B2C Sales
Proven experience in lead conversion and closing
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills in the required language
Target-driven and highly motivated
Professional, confident and persuasive personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong work ethic and team mentality
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
