Our client is expanding and looking for experienced, results-driven Conversion Agents to join the Swedish Desk in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads across the Swedish market
• Convert qualified leads into active clients
• Build strong relationships with potential clients
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
• Work closely with the Retention and Sales teams to maximize client value

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent within the FX industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience working with Swedish-speaking clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and target-driven
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment
